McConville Considine Cooman & Morin, P.C. was selected as the Winner in the “Best Mediation Firm” category in the 2020 Reader Rankings Awards from the Rochester Business Journal and The Daily Record.   Nominations and votes were gathered in 78 categories related to top Rochester area employers. About 6,000 nominations were collected during the nomination period in March. The winners were determined by nearly 40,000 votes cast.

Mediation is a form of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) used to settle conflicts before resorting to a formal trial in a court of law.  From business disputes to personal injury claims, the mediation process is an effective option that involves less time and expense than litigation. We offer extensive experience in all forms of ADR, including mediation, arbitration and summary jury trials.
