Mary F. Ognibene Joins Rochester Broadway Theatre League Board

Mary Ognibene has been elected as a member of the Board of Directors of the Rochester Broadway Theatre League (RBTL). RBTL is a not-for-profit organization, evolving since its inception in 1957 as an all-volunteer effort into the premier management organization for the performing arts in Rochester. RBTL owns and manages Rochester’s Auditorium Theatre, which hosts the full season of touring Broadway shows in addition to live concerts and other events through the year.
Mary Ognibene is a partner in the firm’s Business Group, with a practice that includes business formations, mergers and acquisitions, and a whole range of general contract negotiation across a variety of industries in the for profit and not-for-profit spheres.
In her spare time she sings, plays the fiddle, and can’t wait to visit an art museum again.
