McConville, Considine, Cooman & Morin, P.C. is proud to celebrate the law firm’s 45th anniversary.  MCCM has undertaken significant transitions in recent years.  We made big changes to our physical space, from working remotely through the COVID-19 pandemic to moving our main office to the Meridian Centre in Brighton. Convenience for clients remains paramount as we continue to maintain satellite conference offices in Fairport, Greece and Penfield.

Over the past forty-five years, the firm has added more attorneys and staff when additional expertise and capacity was needed to meet the needs of existing or new clients.  In recent years, Letty Laskowski joined our business practice group, and Kristen M. Dombroski joined our litigation practice group. Douglas J. Lustig and Mikal J. Krueger were added to the firm’s bankruptcy and real estate practice groups. Richard J. Horwitz and Thomas A. Klonick also joined our team as counsel.

These changes allow us to continue our unparalleled service to our clients. The expertise of the firm’s attorneys includes business transactions and compliance counseling across industries and professions ranging from manufacturing to health care.  MCCM’s municipal work involves the representation of local towns and fire districts.  The firm’s litigation attorneys handle civil disputes in New York’s state, federal and bankruptcy courts, including contract and commercial claims of all types, and serious personal injury matters.  A mainstay of the firm’s practice remains estate and elder care planning, and estate administration.
