Tuesday's public hearing at Victor Town Hall saw over 100 residents speak in opposition to a proposed 69-townhome, 17-single-family-patio-home project at 995 County Road 9. Pete Weishaar spoke on behalf of Victor Cares, objecting to the density of the planned construction.
