McConville Considine Cooman & Morin P.C’s Managing Partner, Peter Weishaar, will be one of the featured speakers at the next Association of Fire Districts of the State of New York’s (ASDFNY’s) Coffee with Commissioners, on September 10th.
Peter Weishaar will provide guidance on buying and selling fixed assets under New York State laws. Other presenters include Joe Frank, General Counsel to ASDFNY.
“We field questions about buying and selling equipment all the time,” said Peter Weishaar, “ I am looking forward to answering questions this Saturday.”
Coffee with Commissioners is a panel discussion that takes place the second Saturday of each month via Zoom.. The panel was designed to address important topics that impact the fire service.

Having practiced in Upstate NY for more than 25 years, Peter Weishaar has an extensive legal background. He has focused much of his career on commercial litigation, and land use and zoning matters.
