Amy Varel will be a featured speaker at the Monroe County Bar Association's Program entitled "Corporate Nuts & Bolts In The Evolution Of A Business" to be held on Monday, May 3rd at the MCBA's Rubin Center For Education.

Amy Varel is a partner of the firm. Her practice is primarily focused on business matters. She advises for-profit and not-for profit businesses in regard to matters that include general corporate counseling, employment matters, business purchases and sales, contract preparation, review and negotiation, and planning for and formation of corporations, limited liability companies and not for profit entities. Ms. Varel also advises health care professionals and provider groups in regard to health care compliance matters.
